On this day in fashion history

In 2008, Henry Holland revealed his exclusive packaging for chewing gum brand Wrigley’s Extra. In true Holland style, it was almost too cool for school and subsequently became a fashion week must-have – front row attendees at his London show the following week all received a piece of it.

“It’s really cool,” said the designer’s agent. “It’s the perfect handbag accoutrement for fashion week – and a great rattling maraca for all the parties!”
