Veronica & Betty are Back

I’m pretty sure everyone in my generation will remember the Archie comic, I personally loved it and it will always be in my heart as one of my fondest memories of childhood.

My inner child is jumping for joy right now, since MAC have once again come up with a genius new limited edition range, the Archie girls.

This range, in time for valentines day is all about who will he/you choose?

New Girl… New Season

So Zooey Deschanel didn’t win at the Emmy’s (boohoo)

But there is news about the second season in which she fights new battles and charms us with her dorky ways. This season, Jess has to cope with losing her job, Zooey said in a recent teleconference.

“It definitely affects her life pretty deeply because this is something she’s wanted to do her entire life and considered teaching to be her calling. So it is definitely a blow to her. But I like how Jess is sort of open to new things and, although she is upset about it, she throws herself into finding a new job and is pretty positive about things  -  which is a quality I like in the character.”

Also expect a whole slew of guest stars coming this season including Niecy Nash, Rachael Harris, Raymond J. Barry, Parker Posey, Carla Gugino and Dale Murphy. And viewers will meet Jess’ parents (played by Jamie Lee Curtis and Rob Reiner) in the Thanksgiving episode.

P.S I don’t love her red carpet look (pictured above) for the Emmy’s, a perfectly pretty!

Speaking of which, I was quite impressed with most of the Emmy looks

Dior Magazine Issue 1

Popular brand Dior has released the first issue of their new magazine – Dior. Who better to cover the issue than Diors very own face of Lady Dior handbags, Marion Cotillard.

She poses in a 1947 “New Look Design” ensemble and looks absolutely elegant!

The cover is simple but gives off that Dior look and feel which we know so well and love. Can’t wait to see their next cover.

You may or may not have heard that Lana Del Ray is the face for high street retailer H&M’s fall campaign. She has recently taken the world by storm with her voice and style so what do you think of this? Yay or Nay?

Because of the makeover my blog may be messy and different for a little while. Once its all done it is going to look 100% better, just bare with me during this time if it looks a little confusing, its a work in progress…

Aggy and the Doc Marten

One of thee most famous models/fashionistas of our time has now paired up with Doc Marten to create a limited edition line of clothes, footwear and accessories.

Aggy already loves Doc Martens so it’s a perfect fit.

Even though I’m not the biggest fan of these shoes, there is something cool about a person who wears and pulls them off, this Aggy does with confidence, as you can see below in previous ads for the brand

Fashion Week – Ralph Lauren ready-to-wear

The collection has a soft yet masculine feel. With garments made from tweed and wool, the words modern chic come to mind. Britain and the English lady were the inspiration. The pants suits and top hats – WOWZA! Such a formal, feminine collection..
