Cindy Armstrong limited edition at Mr P

Ok so I am inlove with this collection – Cindy and Mr P did an amazing job, not only with the designs but hitting the trend right on the head!

I would love to have every one of these items, specially the Peter Pan collar shirt (as that is one of my current obsessions)

Well done to Cindy for being so creatively talented and having an fashiontastic eye!

On this day in fashion history

In 2004, Stefano Gabbana insisted that there were very few modern stars with true style, and that contemporary actresses failed to match up to the icons of Hollywood’s golden age. “What style has Gwyneth Paltrow, for example? She doesn’t bring any personality or individuality to what she wears,” he said. “If I mention Marilyn Monroe, Greta Garbo or Ava Gardner, you immediately have an idea, an image in your head. If, however, I say Catherine Zeta-Jones, what do you see? A face, a look, but not an image or a defined style.”

Must see: Dark Shadows

I am the biggest fan of Tim Burton movies, ESPECIALLY ones that have Johnny Depp in them which is why I am SUPER EXCITED for Dark Shadows…

An imprisoned vampire, Barnabas Collins, is set free and returns to his ancestral home, where his dysfunctional descendants are in need of his protection.

Anybody else as excited as I am?

Emma Watson for Lancome Ad

The new Lancome Rouge In Love ad features the lovely Emma Watson. I quite like this lady (only recently watched all the Harry Potters, I know! sometimes I’m like really behind) and she grew up to be a stunning young lady with huge talent. I love the haircut and she looks as gorgeous as ever in this ad. Go Emma

What do you think? So pink and pretty!

Megan Fox covers Jalouse

I absolutely love this cover as well as the shots of Megan Fox in Jalouse Magazine.

For those of you who don’t know (I didn’t) Jalouse is a magazine made for women who like fashion and good looking guys, Jalouse means jealous in French.

It has such a 50s feel to it. Megan looks unbelievably classy and elegant. I’d love to get my hands on this magazine just for these shots. It’s amazing!!!!!!

This has gotta be one of my all time favorite covers from modern times. (Probably because I wish I lived in the era of wide brimmed hats and gloves)

What do you think?

On this day in fashion history

In 2010, Vogue editor Alexandra Shulman sat down to discuss her career with Vogue.com for the Fashion Business Club. Shulman said there were many things that entered her mind when she was approached to take up the position: “I was worried that it might mean I wouldn’t marry or have a child if I had such a big job,” she said. “But luckily both of those things did happen.” Another factor was her long-held fear of flying. “I hadn’t been on a plane in 10 years,” she told the rapt audience. “How could I accept a job that would mean that I had to fly all the time? I’m still very nervous on a plane.”
